will be working with growers at the 2010 event.

The Colorado Chefs Association, a chapter of the American Culinary Federation,  is an association of Chefs, Cooks, Baking and Pastry Professionals, Purveyors, Producers and other Culinary Professionals.   We meet to share and promote our common interest of all things culinary.

The association is united to:

• foster professional growth through education
• bring about professional interaction and discourse
• facilitate the sharing of opportunity
• represent and elevate the culinary arts
