Chapter Meeting at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science

Join us for our April Membership Meeting, sponsored by the National Pork Board, Smithfield, and Total Source. .
The action starts as Jason Nauert of Rocky Mountain Institute of Meat performs a must-see fabrication presentation outside of the DMNS kitchen at 4pm. Enjoy small plates prepared by our ACF Colorado Chefs using special recipes while you learn cutting edge ways to prepare one of our favorite proteins. We will also have a presentation from Dr. Brett Kaysen, Assistant Vice President of Sustainability for the National Pork Board.
